Rents and Income Restrictions
Fruitland Meadow is an income-restricted community with all homes set at Marion County's 80% Area Median Income (AMI). Rents are fixed, not calculated as a percentage of your income. To qualify, your total gross household income must fall within the program limits and your household must meet standard screening requirements.
